So about me...

My name is Dennis and I live in Simpsonville SC. I've been married to a beautiful lady for more than 30 years and we have four wonderful children and one handsome grandchild. I work at a local coin shop with some great brothers in Christ, and I consider myself very fortunate to have been around many fantastic God-loving people for over 30 years.

On this web site...

I'm simply sharing the gospel and offering a new life in Jesus. The bible speaks for itself, pick one up and read it. I'm using numerous versions or translations, but my personal favorites are the ASV of 1901 and the New King James. I don't necessarily "like" every version I quote from.

The purpose of this web-site is to encourage anyone to trust in Jesus as Savior, and follow God's way of living for abundant life.

The invitation to put your faith in Jesus and be saved is a call to complete surrender. All of the rights you possess- to go your own way and do your own thing are laid down at the cross. You have been bought with the price of His blood and you are not your own anymore. A new life begins. We become pilgrims on our journey home. God has promised to give light to our path through His word. There we find encouragement and treasure, and we receive instruction and correction. At the end of our journey is life everlasting in the glory of His presence. Between here and there are trials and tests by His design and we learn and grow along the way.

I am on that journey and I have not arrived (those who know me best would surely agree). Everything I have included on this web site continues to instruct and correct me. Join me in thanking God for His wonderful patience with us, and lets have that same patience with one another.
